Why Does it Say an Item is Restricted?

Some products are restricted by federal, state, and local laws and cannot be sold to certain locations. Additionally, some products may not be able to be sold to U.S. territories, international locations, or APO/FPO addresses.

Heavy items may require an additional fee. For items delivered "curbside," the shipper is not responsible for placing the item inside the delivery location. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and require additional time for delivery. These types of items may require a street address and might not be able to be expedited.

Hazardous items ship ground only. They cannot be expedited and may require a signature upon delivery.
