Delivery Time Frames and Tracking Information

Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your address. Extra delivery time may be needed for the vendor to receive, process, ship, and deliver your order. If an item requires additional delivery time due to being sent directly from the manufacturer, the estimated delivery time frame will be noted on the website when adding the item to your shopping cart.

Tracking information may not be available on items that are shipped by the manufacturer. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Restrictions

Items that are noted as being shipped directly from the manufacturer are unable to be expedited or shipped outside of the continental USA. Additionally, these items are not able to be shipped to a retail store or a PO Box.

You may return merchandise to us within 60 days of purchase.  You may return the item to your local Bass Pro or Cabela's retail store (with a copy of your receipt) or you may mail the return to us via ground service of your choice or insured parcel post to:

Custom Order products such as those with specific make/model of item must be returned to the manufacturer (e.g. seat covers, floor mats, furniture, etc.).  If the item was delivered by a freight line, please contact us for return information.
