Return by Mail
REPACK THE ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING
Include any literature, manuals, software, or other materials that were included with the item.
PREPARE THE PACKAGE FOR SHIPMENT
Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your name, address, phone number and order number (if possible) along with the name, address, phone number and/or customer # of the original purchaser (if different).
Let us know why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund, exchange or gift card. If you are returning for an exchange, please list the complete catalog numbers of the items you would like to exchange for and include any additional payment as necessary.
WRAP & SHIP THE PACKAGE
Wrap securely to protect the item and avoid any possible damage in transit. We recommend you ship your return via Canada Post unless the merchandise cannot be handled by Canada Post.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your original receipt or order number (found within your order confirmation email) and form of photo ID.
We will make every attempt to process your return without ID, but in some instances, ID will be required. Acceptable forms of ID include a Driver's License, Canadian Province ID, Military ID, Laser Visa or Passport, or other forms of government photo ID.
DON’T HAVE A RECEIPT?
If you do not have the receipt, a valid picture ID will be required. An even exchange or store credit card will be issued. Bass Pro reserves the right to limit the number of returns without a store receipt.
