I had an item placed on backorder and it has been canceled. Why did this happen?
Items that are not available to purchase will not appear on our website. Please check back often as items are added to our website daily when we receive product inventory from our vendors for you to purchase. We are working hard, in partnership with our suppliers, to get your favorite products back in stock as soon as possible.
Our goal is to deliver the same top-quality products and high-level service you’ve come to expect. However, we believe it’s better to cancel backorders than to present unrealistic expectations to our valued customers.
