Most E-Gift Cards are delivered within 4 hours if ordered during normal business hours. If ordered outside of normal business hours, an eGift Card may take up to 24 hours to be delivered.
If your eGift Card has not been delivered after this length of time, please take the following steps:
- Step 1:
- Verify your recipient's email address was entered correctly.
- The address was incorrect: Contact our customer service and we will resend it to the correct address.
- The address is correct: Have the recipient perform Step 2.
- Verify your recipient's email address was entered correctly.
- Step 2:
- Have the recipient check any bulk or spam folders for the email containing the eGift card. If the eGift card was not located, then a security setting may be preventing delivery to the recipient’s inbox. Step 3 offers some options for resolving that type of issue so that we can reattempt delivery.
- Step 3:
- Is the recipient’s email address a work or a personal email address?
- It’s a work email address: If the recipient’s email address is a work email address, the business may have security settings in place that they are not able to modify. Please consider having the email sent to an alternative address and contact us to attempt to resend the eGift Card.
- It’s a personal email address: Have the recipient add the appropriate address below to their email contacts or approved senders list. This can help any security filters from potentially blocking it from being received. Once this is complete, please contact us and we will reattempt delivery.
