If lost, stolen, or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for any remaining value if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided. Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded without the store receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift Cards Purchased Online or By Phone
- The Gift Card number
- The original order number for the Gift Card
- The Last Name and Zip Code of the person who placed the original order for the Gift Card.

- Purchaser's name and phone number
- Location of the purchase (this may be included on the receipt or proof of purchase)
- Date and time of the purchase (this may be included on the receipt or proof of purchase)
- Gift Card # and Security Code/PIN (if available.)
